- What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?
You can buy up to 8 tickets. RAVING is always better with your friends.
- When will I receive my ticket(s)?
If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation mail of your order. Within 7 days from the payment, you will receive your check-in e-mail in which you will need to personalize the ticket(s). When you've finished the check-in for the festival your tickets will be automatically sent to you. If you choose to buy the tickets through our Payment Plan option, you will receive the e-mail after the last payment.
- How can I personalise the tickets for my friends?
You will be able to personalise each ticket you have purchased on the e-mail will be receiving 7 days after the payment.
- Until when can I personalise my ticket?
There’s no deadline! You can do it whenever you want before attending the festival.
- What if I personalised my ticket with the wrong information?
Please contact us via info@sagafestival.com and we will change the information on the ticket.
- What does the Payment Plan option mean?
The SAGA Payment Plan offers you the opportunity to split the cost of the ticket into more manageable payments. You can reserve the ticket by paying a deposit of €10 (+taxes) and pay the rest in 5 equal monthly payments of €18 (+taxes).

- How can I avoid getting scammed?
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to purchase directly from our platform or our ticketing partners – www.bilete.ro & www.festicket.ro. DO NOT purchase tickets from unauthorized sources, as we will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise from these said tickets.
- Can I resell my ticket?
The re-sale of any ticket(s) purchased through our platform is strictly prohibited.
- What is the minimum age to attend SAGA Festival 2022?
The minimum age to attend SAGA Festival is 14.
Minors between ages 14 and 16 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian, while minors between ages 16 and 18 must provide a signed parental agreement in order to access the SAGA grounds.
- Do I need to print out the ticket(s)?
You do not! Tickets can be presented in either digital or physical form.
